Canada network. President of Létourneau gouvernance entreprenante, the practice she founded in Montréal in 2016. A member of the Montréal and Paris bars, she has worked at Québec's financial markets authority and inside financial institutions.

She leads board engagement for the Canadian Climate Law Initiative.

She is a member of the Montréal (1999) and Paris (2019) bars.

Trained in law in both Québec and France, she is a graduate of Université Laval (L.L.B.) and Université de Montréal (L.L.M.). She holds the corporate governance certificates of the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés du Québec (ASC) and of The Director's College in Ontario (C. Dir), and an ESG certification from Berkeley Law in California.

She began her career in a start-up devoted to online dispute resolution, then in litigation in private practice, before joining Bombardier's transport division for litigation management, negotiation and corporate secretarial work.

She then joined Québec's Autorité des marchés financiers, working on governance regulation, disclosure and the supervision of exchanges.

She then worked in two financial institutions: at the National Bank of Canada on governance and disclosure, and at Desjardins Capital on governance with investors and with the companies it financed.

She sits on the board of Telefilm Canada, where she chairs the communications, public and government affairs committee and is a member of the audit committee. She is a member of the ethics committee of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec, and of the executive committee of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Québec chapter.
