Partner. Nearly thirty years alongside family businesses, anchor shareholders and executives: eight years in strategy consulting, fifteen as an executive at Mobilis AFM, the Mulliez family office, then founder of Stratao.

An expert in family governance, strategy and shareholder vision, Guillaume Lavigne has spent nearly thirty years helping family businesses, anchor shareholders and executives give structure and staying power to the way they work together. After eight years in strategy consulting, fifteen years as an executive at Mobilis AFM (the Mulliez family office) and ten years as a family partner, as founder of Stratao, he joined Associés en Gouvernance. He works where governance, succession, strategy and affectio societatis meet, ensuring lasting alignment between the company's project, the family's project and its wealth ambitions.

His approach combines strategic rigour, a fine understanding of family systems and a command of governance mechanisms. He supports the sensitive phases of change — growth, changes in the shareholder base, generational succession, capital reorganisation — securing the human and decision-making balances on which long-term value creation depends.

An adviser to executives and family shareholders, he works both ahead of structuring decisions and within the governance bodies themselves, with particular attention to clarity of roles, the quality of dialogue and the soundness of collective frameworks.

One conviction guides his work: the lasting performance of a family business rests as much on the soundness of its strategy as on the quality of its governance and the vitality of family and shareholder commitment.
