An expert in governance, financing and strategy, Maï brings family businesses, mid-caps and investment funds nearly thirty years of experience, including several years in executive roles at the Orange group. There she led strategic projects in financial structuring, investment, transformation and development, at the meeting point of shareholder, operational and growth questions.
An engaged director, she contributes actively to the governance of companies, drawing on some twenty directorships held in France and internationally and on her experience of many audit committees.
A certified director (IFA / Sciences Po) and a specialist in sustainable investment, she is a member of the IFA's club of audit committee chairs and its mid-cap club. She works with executives and shareholders on their strategic choices, the evolution of their governance and their growth, combining value creation with long-term continuity.
