Senior Advisor. More than thirty years in a major international banking group: investment banker across Europe and Asia, then group administrative director responsible for governance at head office and in the subsidiaries.

Olivier Manière spent more than thirty years in a major international banking group, first as an investment banker in debt markets and structured finance across Europe and Asia, then as a banker to large North American corporates.

He went on to become the group's administrative director, responsible for governance at group and subsidiary level and for internal standards and regulatory documentation, and then chief operating officer of the group's general secretariat — legal, tax, compliance, public affairs and CSR.

Olivier is a graduate of HEC and of the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris. He is a member of the ICGN (International Corporate Governance Network) and of the AFGE (Association Française de Gouvernement d'Entreprise).
